A concussion is often described as a mild brain injury, but its impact can be significant. The brain may need time and the right support to recover after a blow to the head, fall, sports injury or accident.<\/p>\n

In the first days or weeks, common symptoms include headaches, fatigue, dizziness, nausea, sensitivity to light or sound and difficulty concentrating. For many people, these symptoms gradually improve.
For others, symptoms persist for months or even years. This can affect work, study, family life and social activities. People may continue to experience headaches, fatigue, brain fog, mood changes or difficulty tolerating busy environments.<\/p>\n

Our treatment for persistent symptoms after concussion is offered as an intensive one-week programme. During this week, we combine different therapies, tests and exercises in a structured way.<\/p>\n

This intensive format allows us to monitor your response closely and adjust the treatment where needed. For this reason, the programme is not offered in separate phases.<\/p>\n
