Whiplash is a term used to describe an injury mechanism in which the head and neck are suddenly forced backwards and forwards, often after a car accident, sports injury or fall.<\/p>\n

In the first days or weeks, whiplash-related symptoms may include neck pain, headaches, dizziness, stiffness, fatigue or difficulty concentrating. For many people, these symptoms gradually improve.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Our treatment for persistent whiplash-related symptoms is offered as an intensive one-week programme. During this week, you attend the clinic daily and take part in a structured combination of assessments, therapies and exercises.<\/p>\n

This intensive format allows us to monitor your response closely and adjust the treatment where needed. For this reason, the programme is not offered in separate phases.<\/p>\n

If you start treatment with us, we ask you to reserve the full treatment week and actively participate in the programme. We will explain beforehand what this involves, so you know what to expect.<\/p>\n
